Mounting Capacitance Probes
Top, side, or cone mounting
BinMaster capacitance probes are mounted on the top, side, or in the cone of a vessel. Half coupler mounting plates are used for side mounting, while a full coupling mounting plate is used for top mounting. Mounting plates are available in white powder coated carbon steel in 0°, 10°, 20°. and 30° angles to accommodate sloped roofs. Stainless steel 0° mounting plates are available in half or full coupling models for sanitary or food applications.
Raised face blind mounting flanges of carbon or stainless steel are offered in 1”, 2”, 3” or 4“ diameter with a .75” NPT pipe thread. A 4’ carbon steel 1.25” NPT mounting flange is also available.
