High temp 3D level measurement
The 3D HT measures inventory level and estimates volume in storage silos containing difficult to measure solid materials such as clinker, alumina, frac sand, or fly ash. The HT version of the 3DLevelScanner—aka 3D Solids Scanner—has an operating temperature range up to 356°F (180°C) for use in materials heated in the production process. High temp processing is common in the cement, aluminum, mining, and power industries. The HT performs in environmental dust or high humidity and in very large silos where the material surface in the bin may be uneven and difficult to measure.
