Rotaries are the most popular point level indicator used for high-, mid- and low-level detection in bins, tanks, and silos. The standard BMRX and the fail-safe MAXIMA+ rotaries are custom built for your application in our Lincoln, Nebraska plant. They are offered with an extensive range of options including 19 different paddles, custom extensions, adjustable mounts, SS process connections, and flexible hanging extensions.
BinMaster specializes in custom capacitance probes made to order. There are thousands of configurations for hazardous locations, sanitary applications, flexible hanging probes, flush mounting, remote electronics, auto calibration, heavy duty, compact and bendable probes. We offer probes in a variety of standard and custom lengths and materials – Stainless Steel, Delrin, Teflon-shielded, unshielded, or lagged.
BinMaster’s diaphragm or pressure switch is an affordable bin level alert used in materials at least 20 lb./cu.ft. The standard BM45 is for non-hazardous locations, while the BM65 offers Class II explosion proof certification. A specially equipped BM65-FHPC with hazloc approvals is ideal for plugged chute detection. BinMaster’s diaphragm switches are available for either internal or external mounting.
The mercury-free BM-TSM with hazloc approvals mounts on the top of the bin and is used for high level detection. The versatile BM-T is for non-hazardous locations in bins, chutes, silos, or suspended over conveyors or open pits. Either can be outfitted with a stainless steel paddle for heavy materials or a plastic sphere suitable for lighter powders and solids with a bulk density of at least 15 lb./cu. ft.
BinMaster vibrating rods – also called a vibrating level switch – are used for high and low level indication or plugged chute detection. We offer standard vibrating rods for top and side mounted applications, plus rigid and flexible extended vibrating rods in custom lengths. Super high temperature vibrating rods can be used in applications up to 482°F. Plus, a mini vibrating rod is for small vessels and tight spaces.
