Network Devices

Connecting you to your data

Reduce the cost and complexity of installing your inventory management system. Easily programmable, compact devices replace wires with over-the-air technology to reduce wiring and labor costs. These devices are affordable and compatible with a wide range of BinMaster level sensors and most any sensor with a 4-20 mA output, Modbus, or HART output. BinMaster’s solution-centric approach ensures countless scalable configurations for any size plant.

Stay Connected

BinMaster network devices reduce the cost and complexity of installing an inventory management system to reduce wiring and simply connect sensors to the network.

BinCloud® Gateway

Your connection to the cloud

The BinCloud Gateway combines the functions of a wireless access point, modem, and a router in one convenient device. Use it to flow data seamlessly from BinMaster level sensors to a control room, BinCloud or Binventory software for on-site and remote monitoring of your silo inventory.

  • Lockable NEMA 4X enclosure
  • Accepts 4-20 mA and digital inputs
  • Ethernet and 2.4 GHz WiFi enabled
  • Optional cellular connectivity
  • Supports RTU, TCP, or RTU over TCP

Long Range Transceiver

LTR-100

The LoRa Transceiver—LTR-100—is a wireless device used to connect sensors with a 2 or 4 wire 4-20mA output to a BinCloud Gateway using long range radio technology. The LTR-100 is a low-cost option for connecting analog sensors to a gateway used to access BinView® or Binventory® data from the cloud.

Analog Expansion Hub

Bring your own sensor

The AEH is a convenient solution to connect analog sensors to a single BinCloud gateway or any other client software. An ideal application use of the AEH is to upgrade an existing sensor system to a Cloud-based network.

HART Consolidator Module

The HCM-100 HART Consolidator Module easily connects multiple sensors using the HART protocol to the BinCloud Gateway. It can accommodate up to 15 HART v7 enabled sensors in a daisy-chain or multi-drop sensor network wiring configuration.
