One Console supports up to 120 sensors

The C-100 console display is an easy and affordable way to view level measurement data from multiple sensors at a centralized location. Just one console can display data for up to 120 level sensors, making it a very cost-effective solution. Simply mount the C-100 in a convenient walk- or drive-up location for staff to access inventory data without going to the control room or office. The C-100 console can be used as a standalone device or integrated into a network that is also using BinCloud® or Binventory® software.

Flexible display options

Measurements can be displayed as distance to product, height of product, percent full, and weight. The weight display function is derived using a Wizard type menu to estimate weight – calculated using the vessel shape, dimensions, and the product bulk density in lb./ft.3 or kg/m3.

Work is easier when your monitoring is centralized.

We can do that for you

C-100 Setup is Simple

  • At setup, individual bin parameters are programmed into the C-100.
  • Using an auto detect feature, the C-100 surveys and creates a list of the sensors connected to the network.
  • It can master load characteristics of similar vessels, saving users time versus manually loading information for each individual vessel.

All bin parameters, last measurement data and all user settings are retained in the C-100 memory in the event of power loss

Designed for Industrial use

  • Impact resistant, NEMA 4X enclosure made of polycarbonate plastic
  • Installs indoors or in a protected outdoor environment
  • Wall mount using screw holes
  • Wiring compartment is easily accessible for installation and maintenance
  • Signal communication from the sensors to the C-100 can be hard wired or transmitted wirelessly using a wireless transceiver
  • Industrial operating temperature range of -4°F to 158°F (-20°C to 70°C)
  • Two water-tight electrical cord grip connectors to securely attach wiring cables
  • Surge protection circuit provides transient voltage protection from lightning

C-100-SB (SmartBob)

The C-100-SB is used with SmartBob plumb bob sensors. As SmartBobs take measurements at timed intervals, the console will display the last measurement taken. A bob drop can be initiated between measurement intervals from the console to get a current reading. The console displays the status of the SmartBob during the measurement cycle.

C-100-MB (Modbus)

The C-100-MB takes the SmartBob RS-485 signal and converts it to a Modbus protocol for plants that want additional processing power to send data to a PLC. This allows SmartBob data to interface with equipment using Modbus RTU and Modbus ASCII.

C-100-R (Radar)

The C-100-R is compatible with the NCR series non-contact radar, CNCR compact non-contact radar, GWR guided wave radar, and the SmartSonic ultrasonic level sensors.

DPM Digital Panel Meters

Compact LED Displays

Level data where you need it

Monitor the level of bulk solids, powders, or liquids stored in bins, tanks, or silos on a push-button display. BinMaster’s line of digital panel meters are available in single and dual line configurations, with sunlight readable displays, and extra-large LEDs. Most of these meters are UL and C-UL listed and feature a NEMA 4X front. They can control 2 or 4 relays and have 4-20 mA outputs or a Modbus serial interface.

Who can use a DPM?

  • Facilities that want local level indication to prevent climbing
  • Operations managing a wide number of process variables
  • Plants where multiple storage vessels must be continuously monitored
  • Process operations where overfills and outages must be prevented

Need Modbus RTU?

  • Check out the DPM-100 and DPM-300
  • Compatible with level sensors using the Modbus protocol
  • Three modes of operation – master, slave, and snooper

What makes DPMs great

Plant-friendly construction

  • Compact LED display screen in a shallow-depth, NEMA 4X enclosure
  • Rugged front panel design stands up to weather and high impact
  • Adjustable display intensity for a variety of lighting conditions and direct sunlight

Simple Setup

  • Setup via onboard USB or free MeterView software
  • Just four front panel pushbuttons
  • Use the cloning function to set up multiple meters

Adjusts to your needs

  • Automatically scans at set intervals or scan manually
  • Advanced linearization capability compensates for vessel shape and submerged structures
  • Accommodates up to 16 process variables in a variety of math functions

Relay functions

  • Flexible relay functions for automatic or manual resets and 0 to 199 second time delays
  • User selectable fail-safe operation is independently programmable for each relay

DPM-100 Modbus Display

Dual line red LED display, 0.60" and 0.46", 6 digits per line

The DPM-100 digital panel meter can be used with any Modbus level sensor. It can be programmed as a Modbus RTU master, slave, or snooper. Each device can scan up to 16 process variables, making it ideal for multiple tank level monitoring and control.

DPM-200 4-20 mA Display

Single line red LED display, DPM-200: 0.56", DPM-200 X2: 1.20", 4 digits

The DPM-200 digital panel meter is designed to accept 4-20 mA inputs from a wide variety of sensors. There are two LED display options with the standard model offering 0.56” display height and the X2 model offering an astounding 1.2” display height that is easily seen up to 30 feet away.
