| VR-21 Standard 7-Inch Vibrating Rod |
More |
The VR-21 is BinMaster’s standard piezoelectric driven vibration type point level switch, which has an insertion length of 7.37 inches. Its unique single-rod probe design with a sword-shaped blade prevents bridging of material, making it superior to typical “tuning fork” designs by allowing material to easily flow by, preventing build up on the blade. It is suitable for both top and side mount applications and is ideal for a wide variety of dry and bulk powder materials including extremely light, fluffy materials. The VR-21 has optional hazardous location approvals to CSA standards for Class II, Division I, Groups E, F, and G in the US and Canada. |

| VR-41 Rigid Extended Vibrating Rod |
More |
The VR-41 is designed for use with a variety of heavy, medium and light materials including extremely light, fluffy materials. Intended for top mount locations, it is available in lengths from 13 inches up to 13 feet. A rigid one-inch pipe extension is available in galvanized or stainless steel dependent on the material application. The VR-41 has optional hazardous location approvals to CSA standards for Class II, Division I, Groups E, F, and G in the US and Canada. The VR-41 is custom-manufactured at BinMaster’s factory to meet customer specifications. |

| VR-51 Flexible Extended Vibrating Rod |
More |
The VR-51 extended vibrating rod uses a steel-rope reinforced cable and allows for insertion lengths from 19 inches up to 19 feet. This vibrating rod with a flexible extension is custom manufactured to the desired length specification at the BinMaster factory. The VR-51 is intended for top mount applications and can be used to detect materials that are heavy, medium or light weight including those which are extremely light and fluffy. |

| Vibrating Rod for Sediment Level Detection |
More |
The VR-21 SED and VR-41 SED are vibrating rods designed to detect the level of sediment or solid material that has settled in a tank containing liquids. The vibrating rod vibrates in water and then stops vibrating when solid material reaches the level of the probe. When wired to a horn or alarm panel, personnel are alerted when the sediment has reached the probe and the sediment needs to be removed from the tank. The VR-21 SED is the standard model with a 7.37” insertion length and is recommended for use on the tank wall. The VR-41 SED model is a rigid extended vibrating rod for top mounting applications and is custom made with extensions from 13” up to 13’ long, dependent on the needs of the application. |

| CVR-600 Mini Vibrating Rod |
More |
The CVR-600 is a compact vibrating rod that is ideal for small bins, hoppers, and feeders. Featuring an overall insertion length of just six inches, it is suitable for space-constrained applications. It can be mounted on the top or side of the bin for high, medium and low level indications. It is easy to install, fitting through a standard one-inch NPT mounting socket and can be used in process temperatures up to 300ºF. |

| SHT 120 / 140 High Temperature Vibrating Rod |
More |
The SHT or Super High Temperature vibrating rod series is built specifically for higher process temperatures up to 482°F (250°C). It features a standard insulation tube that insulates the electronics from excessive heat. It has a standard insertion length of 7.24 inches for both top and side mount applications. It can be extended from 13 inches up to 13 feet using a rigid pipe extension for top mount applications where extra length is desired. |

| Point Level Alarm Panel |
More |
The Point Level Alarm Panel is designed to monitor bin levels and automatically alarm when levels change – such as reaching a high or low status. The alarm panel is available with four to 24 level indicator stations making it convenient to read status from multiple bins from a single panel. It can be connected to an external horn or common alarm to provide an alert status throughout a facility. |
